Dan Mitchell — Chief Executive Operator

Dan Mitchell is a Cincinnati-born entrepreneur and real-estate developer with more than 28 years of experience in commercial and residential redevelopment. His career began in 1999 after assisting a friend with an urgent move—an opportunity that led to his first redevelopment project, purchased for $100,000 and later sold for approximately $1.5 million.
Since then, Dan has built multiple development companies, including operations in California and Ohio, eventually founding 50 East LLC. His work emphasises distressed acquisition, architectural redesign, historical building preservation, and transforming blighted assets into productive properties.
